“The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will show them his covenant.” (Psalms 25:14 AKJV)

The fear of the Lord brings wisdom and insight that the world can not give. Are you looking for wisdom? Look to the Lord.

“The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the LORD has made even both of them.” (Proverbs 20:12 AKJV)

God hears and God sees. He created both. He knows all about us. What does He hear and see from you?

Tuesday, September 11, 2007
“The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” (Psalms 24:1 AKJV)

This world is no accident. God made it and it all has a purpose and that includes you.

Wednesday, September 12, 2007
“So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” (Romans 14:12 AKJV)

This is a very sobering thought. We don’t get away with anything. God knows and we must report to Him one day. Our only hope is grace. Jesus died for our sins. Are you ready to meet God?

“For whether we live, we live to the Lord; and whether we die, we die to the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.” (Romans 14:8-9 AKJV)

This is the essence of being a Christian. Are you a Christian?

Friday, September 14, 2007
“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” (Psalms 23:1 AKJV)

When you have the Lord in your life, you have all you need because He is the God of the universe and He loves you.

Saturday, September 15, 2007
“The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.” (Romans 13:12 AKJV)

Time is going fast. Make the best use of it. You may not have tomorrow.

Sunday, September 16, 2007
“Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loves another has fulfilled the law.” (Romans 13:8 AKJV)

Here is the best financial and relationship advice you will find anywhere. This is God’s plan.

Monday, September 17, 2007
“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” (1 Corinthians 4:2 AKJV)

Faithfulness is a wonderful virtue. God is counting on us and so are others. Be a person that can be counted as dependable.

Tuesday, September 18, 2007
“Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, said the LORD of hosts.” (Zechariah 4:6 AKJV)

God does not need our power. We need His Spirit to work mightily within us. He can do great things.

Wednesday, September 19, 2007
“Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.” (1 Corinthians 4:5 AKJV)

God is the final Judge of all. We need to keep this in mind. We should walk in humility and love.

Thursday, September 20, 2007
“For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians 3:11 AKJV)

The best foundation for any life is Jesus. He is God the Son and He loves you. Build your life on Jesus.

Friday, September 21, 2007
“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He takes the wise in their own craftiness.” (1 Corinthians 3:19 AKJV)

Have you ever wondered how an educated society could be so goofy? When you leave God out of the equation it becomes foolishness. Think it over.

Saturday, September 22, 2007
“Blessed be the LORD, because he has heard the voice of my supplications. The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoices; and with my song will I praise him.” (Psalms 28:6-7 AKJV)

Are you looking for help? Look to the Lord. He loves you.

Sunday, September 23, 2007
“Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD ponders the hearts.” (Proverbs 21:2 AKJV)

God has the final say-so about right and wrong and it is not up for discussion. Think it over.

Monday, September 24, 2007
“Your glorying is not good. Know you not that a little leaven leavens the whole lump?” (1 Corinthians 5:6 AKJV)

We have to be careful as to what we allow into our lives. Little things can have a profound influence.

Tuesday, September 25, 2007
“Say not you, I will recompense evil; but wait on the LORD, and he shall save you.” (Proverbs 20:22 AKJV)

Wednesday, September 26, 2007
“Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.” (Psalms 27:14 AKJV)

God has a plan. Wait on Him. His way is the best way. He knows what is best.

Thursday, September 27, 2007
“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but to us which are saved it is the power of God.” (1 Corinthians 1:18 AKJV)

There is power in the preaching of the cross of Jesus. His death for us allows us the entrance into Heaven. He paid the price for our sins and only He could do it.

Friday, September 28, 2007
“But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world to our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.” (1 Corinthians 2:7-8 AKJV)

The Devil had no idea of the power of the cross of Jesus. If he had, he would not have pursued it. The message of the love of Jesus as demonstrated on the cross is the most powerful and life-changing message in the world.

Saturday, September 29, 2007
“But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9 AKJV)

Being a child of God is the greatest blessing of life. Are you a child of God?

Sunday, September 30, 2007
“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalms 27:1 AKJV)

The Lord can deliver us from fear. He is in charge and He watches over His own.

Monday, October 1, 2007
“The LORD brings the counsel of the heathen to nothing: he makes the devices of the people of none effect. The counsel of the LORD stands for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.” (Psalms 33:10-11 AKJV)

Make plans with the Lord in mind. He has the wisdom of time and eternity. Think it over.

Are you tired of the guilt of sin? Jesus can set you free. Confess and repent and give all to Jesus.

Friday, October 5, 2007
“Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusts in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.” (Psalms 32:10 AKJV)

What do you want? Do you want sorrow or mercy? Trust in the Lord and rejoice in His mercy toward you.

Saturday, October 6, 2007
“For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” (1 Corinthians 6:20 AKJV)

We Christians owe Jesus everything. Are we living like we do? We belong to Him. He died for us.

Sunday, October 7, 2007
“Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in me.” (John 14:1 AKJV)

Faith in Jesus can alleviate worry. Give your cares to the Lord.

Monday, October 8, 2007
“And refused to obey, neither were mindful of your wonders that you did among them; but hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but you are a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsook them not.” (Nehemiah 9:17 AKJV)

If you have rebelled against the Lord in times past, there is still hope for you. Repent of your sin and give your life to the Lord. He will forgive.

Tuesday, October 9, 2007
“Whoever stops his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard.” (Proverbs 21:13 AKJV)

Friday, October 12, 2007
“Why let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” (1 Corinthians 10:12 AKJV)

Pride will bring us down. We should walk in humility. “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.” (James 4:10 AKJV)

Saturday, October 13, 2007
“There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it.” (1 Corinthians 10:13 AKJV)

You don’t have to give in to sin. God will give you the victory. He will do it and He can do it now.
