Welcome to our web site, a ministry of Highland Baptist Church, West Monroe, LA 71291. West Monroe is located on the beautiful Ouachita River in northeast Louisiana. We are a conservative Southern Baptist congregation. Our desire is to reach people who need to know Jesus Christ. At the same time, opportunities for worship, fellowship, discipleship and ministry are at the heart of our mission. God loves His creation. He proved how much He loves us when He gave His Son to die on a cross for our sins. Highland is a church that first of all wants to exhibit the love of Jesus.
